Instructions for Submitting (Late) Abstracts

Abstract deadline was August 1. Late abstracts are still coming in. We can guarantee your abstract will be in the book and on the program if we receive it by August 18. Poster space or agenda time permitting, abstracts submitted after that date will be fitted into the schedule and reproduced on a separate sheet of paper for pick-up by participants at registration. Contact Joan regarding this (joan.eamer@ec.gc.ca).

Submit your abstract either by mail on disk or by email, preferably as an attached document in a common word processing format or in rich text format (.rtf). Please include the abstract submittal form with your abstract.
