Oral Presenters:

• Presentations are in 20-minute time slots: allow 5 minutes for transition and a question or two.
• You do not need to produce a full paper - the Program and Abstracts book is the only conference proceedings.
• If you have questions about the content or format of the session, please contact your session chair (see the Sessions page)
• If you have questions about audio-visual equipment, please contact Mike (867 393-6760) or Joan (867 667-3949).

Poster Presenters:

• Due to space restrictions posters may not be larger than 115 cm (3'9") by 115 cm (exemptions possible if space allows)
• Tacks and tape will be provided
• Specify if display needs electrical outlet and special equipment
• Presenters are expected to be with their posters during the formal session
• Presenters will be assigned specific spaces and need to adhere to them (a map of the layout will be provided)

Student Presenters:

If you are presenting a paper in a session or a poster and need help with travel and accommodation costs, please contact us.We can arrange billets and we have some (limited) funding for travel assistance for students. (Contact Joan at 867 667 3949)
