Old Crow Development Scenarios

Working with members of our partner communities, we developed the following scenarios for government spending, tourism and oil development. We tried to cover the range of possible alternatives and to create scenarios that are distinct from each other. These scenarios are not predictions for the future. We designed them to stimulate discussion about development and its effects on communities. The jobs in each scenario are inputs for the possible futures model.
